Il cuscino che mi hanno consigliato appena dimessa dall'unità spinale è un jay 2 ed è quello che sto usando attualmente, non mi da problemi di decubito anche perchè il mio tono muscolare non è calato in modo drastico dopo l'incidente ma durante il periodo estivo mi causa una eccessiva sudorazione (solo alla gamba sinistra ma questo credo sia un problema mio e non del cuscino).
